Free Lunch

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Dactor Limited (“we”, “us”) for use of Free Lunch. Free Lunch is an online platform operated by Dactor Limited. Businesses and individuals can create accounts and may connect third-party accounts for promotional activities.

By creating an account or using Free Lunch, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your Login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate others, share access in a way that violates these Terms, or attempt to access data or systems you are not allowed to use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Free Lunch for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • abuse, scrape, or overload the service or its APIs;
  • interfere with other users or with security measures; or
  • upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Third-party sign-in and connected accounts

You may sign in with Google or Apple, and you may connect third-party accounts (including Google/YouTube and Meta services). Those providers' terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for those services. You must only connect accounts you are authorised to use.

5. Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate Free Lunch. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.

6. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Free Lunch.

7. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for security or legal reasons. You may stop using Free Lunch and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Free Lunch is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Free Lunch is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or HKD 100 if you paid nothing, except where liability cannot be limited under Hong Kong law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
